ABOUT RICHARD TODD KELLNER, CPA

Richard Todd Kellner, Certified Public Accountant, possesses 25 years of domestic and overseas experience as a goal-oriented and successful Tax Director, Partner and Consultant in the areas of corporate taxation and public accounting. He has a demonstrated track record in leading client and staff relationships, directing and training highly skilled compliance teams to support the successful achievement of overall company and client goals, and a proven expertise in building successful tax department infrastructures. Richard grew up in a family accounting practice based in New York City which focused on family and closely held businesses. The family practice helped develop the largest privately owned pizza chain in the U.S., as well as one of the largest catering organizations in New York State.

Richard is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA).
